Referral Program Terms

Effective date: 20 October 2026

These terms add to our Terms of Use. They cover FENRIR's referral program, operated by PT. Horizon Internusa Persada (Indonesia). By sharing your referral code, or by signing up with one, you accept them.

1. How it works

• Every FENRIR account has a referral code and share links on its Referrals page.
• When a new account signs up with your code, it becomes your referral.
• A code can only be added at sign-up. It cannot be added later.

2. What you earn

• You earn 10% of the money your referral pays for top-ups during its first 3 months after sign-up.
• Only real, completed payments count. These do not count:
  • free or promotional credit, including the welcome bonus;
  • adjustments, refunds, and reversed or cancelled payments;
  • payments of post-paid invoices.
• Your Referrals page shows the current percentage and period. If we change them, the change applies to new referrals only. Existing referrals keep the terms they started with.

3. When it becomes available

• Commission becomes available 30 days after each payment.
• If a payment is refunded, charged back or cancelled, its commission is cancelled. If you already converted that commission, the amount is deducted from your future commission.

4. Using your commission

• You can convert available commission into FENRIR credit at any time from your Referrals page. Converted credit follows our Refund Policy: it is non-refundable and has no cash value.
• Cash payouts are made only by separate agreement with us, handled offline. They may require your tax details, and we withhold tax where Indonesian law requires.
• You are responsible for any tax due on what you earn.

5. Welcome bonus

A new account that signs up with a referral code gets bonus credit of 10% of its first paid top-up, up to US$25. The bonus is promotional credit: it has no cash value and it does not earn commission.

6. Fair use

You must not:

• refer yourself, or accounts you own or control;
• create fake or duplicate accounts;
• spam people, or make misleading claims about FENRIR;
• pretend to be FENRIR.

If we suspect abuse, we may hold, cancel or reverse commission and bonuses, and remove accounts from the program.

7. Privacy

You see totals only:

• how many accounts signed up with your code;
• how many have paid;
• your commission.

You never see who signed up, their usage or their payment details. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes and ending

We may change or end the program at any time. We will publish changes on this page with a new effective date. Ending the program does not cancel commission that has already become available.
