Terms of Use
Effective date: 25 October 2026
These Terms govern your use of FENRIR, an AI inference service operated by PT. Horizon Internusa Persada (Indonesia) ("we", "us", "our"). By using a FENRIR API key or the FENRIR console you ("you", the customer) accept these Terms on behalf of your organization. If you have a separate written agreement with us, that agreement wins where the two conflict.
1. The service
FENRIR gives you API access to large language models hosted on our own infrastructure in Indonesia, through an OpenAI-compatible API, and a web console to manage keys, usage and billing. The models on offer, their limits and their prices are shown in your console and may change over time.
2. Accounts and API keys
- Anyone can sign up for an account. We may refuse, limit or close an account, for example to prevent misuse. Give us accurate account and billing details and keep them up to date.
- Keep your API keys secret. You are responsible for all use of your keys until you revoke them. Revoke a key and tell us straight away if you think it has leaked.
- You are responsible for the people and systems you allow to use your account.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use FENRIR to:
- break any law that applies to you or to us, or to create or distribute illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, malware, or material that infringes other people's rights;
- harass, defraud, deceive or harm people, or to send spam;
- seek or provide instructions for weapons that can cause mass harm (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or explosive) or for other serious violence;
- process personal data without a lawful basis;
- try to extract, copy or reconstruct model weights or other non-public parts of the service, or to reverse engineer it;
- get around rate limits, quotas, credit limits, authentication or other security measures, for example by sharing or rotating keys to avoid limits;
- probe, scan or test the service for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or overload or disrupt it for other customers.
You are responsible for your inputs and for how you use the outputs. AI outputs can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate; check them before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial or other important decisions. We do not screen content before it reaches the model, but we may investigate suspected misuse.
Some models, such as trial or research models, have reduced safety filtering and may answer requests other models refuse. Using them does not change these rules: you remain responsible for what you ask and for how you use the answers.
4. Rate limits and quotas
We set limits on tokens and requests per minute, hour, day, week or month, on the length of a single answer and, for prepaid accounts, on your remaining credit. Requests over a limit are refused with an error message. We may change limits, for example to keep the service reliable for all customers.
5. Availability
The service is provided as available. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, we do not guarantee any level of uptime. Maintenance can interrupt the service; we keep interruptions short and schedule them when practical. We may add, change or retire models, and will try to give notice before retiring a model you use.
6. Fees and billing
- Usage is charged per token, per model, at the rates shown in your console or agreed with you: input tokens, cached input tokens and output tokens, each priced per million tokens.
- The rate that applies is fixed when each request is served. A later price change does not change the charge for past usage.
- The share of input tokens billed at the cached-input rate may be capped, as agreed with you.
- Only requests that complete successfully are charged, with one exception: if you stop a streamed answer after it has started arriving, you are charged for the part you received. Requests that are refused or fail are not charged.
- We invoice your organization for metered usage, or deduct it from prepaid credit. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are shown on the invoice or in your agreement.
- If you turn on auto top-up, you authorise us to charge your saved card, without asking each time, the amount needed to bring your balance back to the level you chose whenever it falls below your threshold, within any monthly limit you set. You can turn it off or remove the card at any time in the console.
7. Intellectual property
- You own your inputs and, as between you and us, the outputs generated for you. You give us only the limited permission we need to process them to provide the service.
- We and our licensors own the service, its software, the console and the documentation. Some models are made available under their developers' licences, and your use of them must respect those terms.
- If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
8. Your data
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. In short: we do not store the text of your prompts or outputs, and we do not use them to train models.
9. Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, the service and all outputs are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or revoke access immediately if you breach these Terms, do not pay, run out of prepaid credit, or if we must do so to protect the service, other customers or third parties, or to comply with the law. You may stop using the service at any time. Fees already incurred remain payable, and sections 6, 7 and 9 to 12 continue to apply after termination.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will first try to settle any dispute in good faith; if that fails, the dispute will be settled by the courts of Indonesia.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will publish the new version on this page with a new effective date and, for significant changes, tell account holders before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
